We have 30 days to vacate – whew – that is a lot of stuff we have to do. Pete has been busier than a one armed wall paper hanger getting “Handy Manny” stuff done. Matt has his room totally packed – can you say excited? We won’t be leaving till June (the plan as of right this moment) and Matt is staying as well.
